Julie Northcott
Through a degree in Education, Julie has gained experience in many
artistic techniques. She specializes in water media and mixed media.
By combining texture, shape and color, she creates collages, mixed
media and watercolors that communicate the spirit of nature to the
viewer. In addition, this artist makes handmade paper using various
plant fibers. Paper art reflects its own inherent qualities through
texture, flexibility and color. Each piece of art is an original. Her paper,
collages, and mixed media designs convey a sense of abstract, while
her watercolors are more realistic.
Julie’s work is part of corporate and private collections throughout the
